If an area included in your booked service was missed or under-cleaned, we’ll come back and re-clean those spots at no extra charge. We keep communication clear and follow up to be sure you’re happy.
Some things fall outside a standard clean: stains or odors that need specialty restoration, normal wear like etched glass or stained grout, tasks not in your selected service or add-ons, biohazards or pest issues, mold, exterior windows, heavy construction debris, and surfaces already damaged by age or past products. We don’t handle mold, biohazards, pest infestations, or heavy debris. We don’t move heavy furniture or large appliances, and interior windows must be reachable without tall ladders.
Standard Clean covers kitchens and baths sanitized, surfaces dusted and wiped, floors vacuumed and mopped, mirrors shined, beds tidied, and trash out.
Deep Clean includes everything in Standard plus extra detail on baseboards, switches, vents, backsplash grout, and hard-to-reach nooks.
Move-In/Move-Out includes everything in Deep plus inside empty cabinets and drawers, with optional add-ons for inside the fridge or oven.
Report issues within 24 hours of your appointment and share quick notes and photos. We’ll schedule a re-clean within 3–5 days (usually sooner), focus on the reported areas, and confirm the result. If you’re still not satisfied or we are unable to send a cleaner, we’ll work with you on a fair solution such as a partial credit.
Please keep the home in roughly the same condition so we can fairly assess missed areas. Utilities must be on, and we need interior access and reasonable parking. For move-in/move-out services, the space should be empty and cabinets cleared if you selected inside cleaning.
Cleaners bring their own tools, vacuum, mop, and preferred products. Because product choices vary by cleaner and Moply doesn’t dictate brands, we can’t guarantee green or unscented by default. If you want specific or fragrance-free products used, set yours out with a note and we’ll use them. For safety, we won’t mix chemicals or use anything that could damage surfaces.

Yes! Weekly bookings are discounted by 20%, twice a month cleanings are discounted by 15%, and monthly cleanings are discounted by 10%. Also, keep an eye out on our social media accounts for additional discount codes!
Yes. You can cancel anytime through your online customer portal.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice so we can keep our team’s schedule running smoothly.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a 50% fee, and same-day cancellations or no access at arrival are charged 100% of the booking subtotal.

Yes. You can reschedule or make changes to your booking anytime through your online customer portal.
Reschedules made more than 24 hours before your appointment are free of charge. Changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are subject to a 25% rescheduling fee, as that time has been reserved specifically for you.
