I was hunting for a cleaning company that didn’t make me call for quotes, text back and forth about price, or jump through hoops to reschedule. So I built Moply. We made booking simple, pricing clear, and changes easy, because clean homes shouldn’t come with chaos.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have any discounts?

Yes! Weekly bookings are discounted by 20%, twice a month cleanings are discounted by 15%, and monthly cleanings are discounted by 10%.

Can I reschedule or edit my booking?

Change or cancel anytime via text, email, phone, or online. We just ask for 48 hours notice so we can keep our team's schedule running smoothly.

For changes within 48 hours, a small fee applies since that time is reserved just for you: 50% for cancellations, 100% for same-day cancellations, and 25% for rescheduling. We know you've got a lot going on, and we really appreciate your understanding!

Do you bring supplies?

Yes, professional products and tools are included.

Are you insured?

Do your cleaners pass background checks?

Yes. Every cleaner working with Moply is background checked.

What if I'm not happy with my clean?

Just let us know within 24 hours (pictures are super helpful!) and we'll send someone back to make it right. If a re-clean isn't possible, we'll issue a refund. Your happiness is our priority! ✨
