Why We Started
I was hunting for a cleaning company that didn’t make me call for quotes, text back and forth about price, or jump through hoops to reschedule. So I built Moply. We made booking simple, pricing clear, and changes easy, because clean homes shouldn’t come with chaos.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have any discounts?
Yes! Weekly bookings are discounted by 20%, twice a month cleanings are discounted by 15%, and monthly cleanings are discounted by 10%. Also, keep an eye out on our social media accounts for additional discount codes!
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. You can cancel anytime through your online customer portal.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice so we can keep our team’s schedule running smoothly.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a 50% fee, and same-day cancellations or no access at arrival are charged 100% of the booking subtotal.
We appreciate your understanding and your consideration for our team’s time.
Can I reschedule or edit my booking?
Yes. You can reschedule or make changes to your booking anytime through your online customer portal.
Reschedules made more than 24 hours before your appointment are free of charge. Changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are subject to a 25% rescheduling fee, as that time has been reserved specifically for you.
We appreciate your understanding and consideration for our team’s schedule.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes. Our cleaners arrive fully equipped with their own professional cleaning supplies and tools.
If you prefer that we use specific products in your home, just let us know or leave instructions for us.
Are you insured?
Yes. Moply Cleaning is fully insured for your peace of mind.
We take professionalism and protection seriously so you can feel confident inviting us into your home.
Do your cleaners pass background checks?
Yes. Every cleaner working with Moply is background checked.
What if I'm not happy with my clean?
Please let us know within 24 hours of your service. Photos are very helpful so we can understand exactly what needs attention.
