The Money stuff (Pricing & discounts)

Do you have any discounts?

Yes! Weekly bookings are discounted by 20%, twice a month cleanings are discounted by 15%, and monthly cleanings are discounted by 10%.

How do you price cleanings?

Simple math, not mystery math. Rates are based on home size, condition, and add-ons. Deep cleans and move-out jobs take longer, so they cost more. You’ll see an upfront estimate before you book, and we’ll confirm any scope changes with you first.

How do payments and tips work?

We'll charge your card on file 25% as a deposit, then the remaining balance after your clean is complete. You'll receive a text afterward where you can easily add a tip if you'd like—tips are always appreciated but completely optional. Of course, cash tips are welcome too!

How far in advance should I book?

Weekends fill first. If you have a specific day or time, book ahead. Need it sooner? Ask. We often have flexible openings.

Booking & Changes

Can I schedule recurring cleanings?

Absolutely. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly—pick your rhythm. We aim to keep the same pro on your home whenever possible, and you can pause or skip a visit anytime.

Can I reschedule or edit my booking?

Yes. Change, reschedule, or cancel your cleaning online, by email, phone call, or text. Rescheduling and cancellation notices must be given at least 48 hours before the clean.

How big is your arrival window?

Small and sane. We share a 30 minute to 1 hour arrival window and text when we’re on the way. If your building has elevator or parking quirks, give us a heads-up so we can plan.

Can I book same-day?

Sometimes! Check the booking page for live openings. If you don’t see a slot, ping us—we’ll try to work Moply magic.

Do I need to be home?

Totally up to you. Most folks aren’t. Leave entry notes when you book (code, lockbox, concierge) or send them before the clean and we’ll let ourselves in and out. Just make sure water, power, and A/C or heat are on so we can clean comfortably.

Can you clean when I'm at work or out of town?

Absolutely. Just leave access instructions. We’ll text updates and lock up when we’re done.

What's included (+ Add ons)

How long does a typical cleaning take?

Most cleanings take 2–4 hours depending on the home size and service type.

What add-ons are available?

The extras that make it chef’s-kiss: inside fridge, inside oven, inside cabinets (empty), baseboards detail, interior windows (reachable), blinds dusting, spot-clean walls, dishes, laundry/fold, pet-hair focus, and more. Add them at checkout or ask if you don’t see your thing.

Do you clean dishes or make beds?

Yes to both!

Beds: We'll make your bed with fresh sheets if they're already on the bed, or we'll straighten and tidy your existing bedding.

Dishes: We'll load and run the dishwasher, or hand-wash one sink's worth of dishes as part of your standard cleaning. If you have more than that, you can add our "Dishes Beyond a Tidy Load" service for $10.

Do you clean inside the fridge/oven/cabinets/windows?

Yes, as add-ons. Cabinets must be empty. Interior windows must be reachable without tall ladders.

Anything you don't do?

A few things, for safety and sanity: we don’t handle mold, biohazards, pest infestations, heavy construction debris, exterior windows, or heavy moving. Results on older stains and grout may vary. If you’re unsure, send a photo—we’ll advise the best approach.

Do you shampoo carpets or steam upholstery?

Not at the moment. We vacuum thoroughly, but full shampooing or steaming is a specialist job. We can refer partners.

Will you move furniture or appliances?

Light items only. We slide dining chairs and small tables. Heavy furniture, large appliances, or mounted items stay put for safety.

Supplies & Preferences

Do you bring supplies?

Yes. Your cleaner brings their own professional supplies and tools. Have a product you love (or an allergy)? Want us to use your vacuum or mop? Leave it out with a note and we’ll happily use yours.

Do you bring a vacuum and mop?

Yes. Your cleaner arrives with a vacuum, mop, and pro-grade supplies. If you’d rather we use your vacuum or mop, just leave it out with a note.

Can you use green or unscented products?

Product choices vary by cleaner, and Moply doesn’t direct which brands they use, so we can’t guarantee green or unscented by default; if you want a specific eco or fragrance-free product, set yours out and we’ll happily use it.

Can you use my products or my vacuum?

Absolutely. Leave your products or vacuum in sight with a quick note, and we’ll stick to them. For safety, we won’t mix chemicals or use anything that could damage your surfaces.

Day Of details (Access, pets, parking)

How do I leave special instructions?

Write it once, we’ll remember. Add notes at booking or reply to your confirmation message. We save preferences like “no lemon scent” or “focus on the kids’ bath.”

What should I do before you arrive?

No pre-clean required! Just know: we clean surfaces, not organize clutter. If counters and floors are covered with items, we can't reach what's underneath. A quick pickup before we arrive = better results. Leave entry details, secure pets, and let us handle the rest!

Are my pets okay during the clean?

We’re pet people. Friendly pets can hang out, but please secure nervous or escape-artist cuties. For safety, we don’t handle pet waste or litter boxes.

What if parking is tricky?

Help us help you. Share parking tips or a pass if needed. If paid parking is the only option, it may be added to the invoice.

Homes, hosts, and business (Special Services)

Do you clean post-renovation dust?

Not typically. Post-renovation cleaning requires specialized equipment and pricing. Contact us to discuss your specific situation and we'll provide a custom quote.

Do you serve offices or studios?

Yes. Small commercial spaces are welcome. Tell us square footage, schedule, and any building requirements such as a COI.

Do you handle AirBnB or short term rental turnovers?

We do. Share your checklist, linen setup, and photo requirements. We reset the space so the next guest says wow.

Where do you operate?

We operate across the Greater Austin Area. Availability can vary while we build out our cleaner roster, so drop your postal/zip code at booking (or send it to us) and we’ll confirm timing. Is your location not listed on our website? Ask anyway; we can often accommodate nearby spots, especially for recurring cleanings.

Trust, safety, and Policies

Are you insured?

Moply is insured and can provide a COI on request for buildings or property managers.

Do your cleaners pass background checks?

They do. We verify identity and run background checks before a cleaner takes jobs with Moply, plus we monitor ratings and quality on an ongoing basis.

What if I'm not happy with my clean? (GUARANTEE)

Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll send someone back to fix it. If that’s not possible, we’ll issue an appropriate refund.

What happens if something gets damaged?

Rare, but we have a process. Notify us promptly with photos. We document and repair or replace according to policy. Insurance backs us up, but we lead with doing right by you.

Do you take before and after photos?

Yes. Before/after photos are necessary for us to honor our 24-hour cleaning guarantee and ensure quality. We focus only on cleaned surfaces, not personal items. You can opt out of photos, but this means the guarantee won't apply to your service.

How do cancellations work?

Absolutely! Life happens - just text, email, or call us.

We ask for 48 hours notice when possible since we've already scheduled our team and turned down other bookings for your time slot. Cancellations within 48 hours have a 50% fee, and same-day cancellations or lockouts are 100% since we can't fill that spot. Rescheduling within 48 hours has a small 25% fee to help cover the schedule shuffle.

We totally get that emergencies come up—just give us as much heads-up as you can!
